Help Good Grow (Rugby) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that identifies local community needs, potential projects and activities.
We link those activities, create local connections, provide support and solutions to enable people and groups to work collaboratively with greater impact - solving the individual problems they face and helping them collectively build the communities they want.
Helping good intentions grow into community action
Identifying local initiatives that communities care about to tackle challenges, ‘helping the good grow’ and influencing positive change by creating links with other community groups, arranging resource from local businesses and providing financial support.
Help Good Grow identifies social and environmental needs within disadvantaged communities.
We create and develop positive projects that can benefit people by creating opportunities for activities that make positive differences, encourage social interaction and generate a greater sense of belonging, positive impact on their society and improvements with their local environment helping to build greater community capacity, encourage further community participation bringing people together towards common goals to improve and develop social cohesion

We arrange resources from fund-raising, grant applications, local groups and businesses to enable us to provide financial support for community projects and improvement initiatives.

Wayne learnt the value of positive community action having spent his formative years with the Scout Association seeing how the simplest positive act of kindness "a good deed" - can contribute to a better and more positive community, and by creating and developing connections can help good grow.
Big changes come from small actions.
He created Help Good Grow in Rugby in 2021 and is currently working to develop it as a registered charity.
We're now on Rugby Lotto.
